DriveGreen plants enough trees to ab- sorb the 11,000 pounds of CO2 your car releases each year*. We plant 7 seedlings each year that grow into trees. Each tree absorbs 2,000 pounds of CO2 over its lifetime. The planting area is monitored and protected to ensure the trees survive.
The plantings are performed in Sarnia's designated natural heritage sites. These include Logan's Pond, Art Teasell Wildlife Refuge, Dennis Rupert Prairie Reserve, Bright's Grove Lagoons, Perch Creek
Habitat Management Area, Suncor Energy Foundation Nature Way and Huron Shores Flyway. We even send you images of the plantings (as shown above) through email!
The sticker is designed to withstand changing weather conditions. It should last for at least 3 years. Should you want a replacement sticker, contact us at the info below and we will send you a replacement free of charge.
